    i didnt compleltely tear my rotator cuff, but i did tear some ligaments. i can move my forearm but my tricep hurts! i can still somewhat move it with inflamation. i hurt it saturday, and imwondering how long will i be out for football? and any suggestions for therapy? help plz i didnt tear it completely, i can somewhat move it. once again didnt tear it compleltely. doctor sai min 6 weeks?

    i can do less weight with free weights but that also incorporates more muscles. so which is better more weight on machines or free weight w/ less weight?
