I believe average height is 5' 9" in America, and although I am still only 17, I am below this and do not expect to grow further. However, I have heard spinal stretching can increase height from 1-3 inches. This seems reasonable, as one's spin DOES compress during the day due to gravity (you're taller in the morning than later in the day because of this). Does anyone know if this is true? State your background in health if you have any, and any suggested spin stretches would be appreciated. Also, how long will these results last, and how can they be made to last longer?
